MISSION STATEMENT

The Philsophy of the North County Scorpions Baseball Club is to provide an instructional and competitive experience where players can concentrate on goal setting and personal performance above wins or losses. As coaches and as parents we insist on 110% on and off the field by continuing to emphasise the importance of academics and rewarding players for their educational achievements.

Our "coaching" goal is to teach the strategy of baseball - foster an understanding of true committment to the team - develop great self discipline and sportmanship - stress the importance of athleticism - develop a rigorous routine in order to continually push players to improve individual baseball skills through constant repetitive physical conditioning as players strive to master baseball fundamentals.
